Join the register chatbot
Why have you introduced a chatbot on the join the register page?
We’ve introduced a chatbot to help you get answers to common questions about joining the register quickly and easily, any time of day. It’s here to make things more convenient for you by saving time and pointing you in the right direction.
Am I still able to speak to someone in the team about joining the register?
Absolutely. The chatbot is just one way to get help, and you can still speak to a member of our Register Support team if you'd prefer.
For direct support, please contact the Register Support Team by sending an email to Register.Support@anthonynolan.org or call 020 7424 6567.
Is the chatbot available all the time?
Yes, the chatbot is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it’s early morning or late at night, it’s always ready to help answer your questions about the register.
