Our new way of regular giving
Giving regularly can help us recruit more people to our stem cell register, increasing the chance of making lifesaving connections for patients in desperate need of a transplant.
It's simple and saves lives.
You could save someone like Jensen
Through Connections, you’ll get the real-life impact of your monthly giving, straight to your inbox – giving that could help transform the life of someone like 10-year-old Jensen.
Jensen's story
In 2021, when Jensen was just seven, he was diagnosed with XLP1, an extremely rare type of cancer. He needed a stem cell transplant from a matching donor – a lifesaving connection. Thanks to Anthony Nolan, he finally got his new cells in June 2022. Now he’s going from strength to strength.
'We are forever thankful for the kindness of his donor and the gift of life he’s given to Jensen.' - Jensen’s mum, Beverley

About Connections
Connections is a community of regular givers helping to make lifesaving connections to give patients with blood disorders another chance of life.
By joining Connections, you could help:
- grow and diversify the stem cell register, increasing the number of potential lifesaving matches
- fund specialist nurses to help patients navigate their pre- and post-transplant treatment
- provide expert support to patients and their families through the transplant process and beyond.
We won’t stop until we can improve outcomes for everyone who needs a stem cell transplant. And every gift you give brings us closer to that day.

£12 a month could cover the cost of 80 cheek swab kits and postage to potential donors, in order to add more lifesavers to the stem cell register.
£15 a month could help our scientists conduct groundbreaking research, from increasing the success of stem cell transplants to supporting the development of pioneering cell and gene therapies.
£20 a month could add six new potential lifesavers to our register. This includes the cost of recruiting a donor, collecting their cheek swab, and analysing it to find out their tissue type.
