I have arthritis, can I join?
If you have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis you will not be eligible to join the register due to the autoimmune nature of the condition.
You may be able to join the register if you have Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis or Osteoarthirtis, please contact Register.Support@anthonynolan.org to discuss this further.
I have Lupus, can I join?
If you have been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus or Systemic Lupus Erythematosis you will not be able to join the register due to the autoimmune nature of the condition.
If you have the presence of Lupus Anticoagulant this may be acceptable, please contact the Register Support team to discuss this further by emailing Register.Support@anthonynolan.org
Donor Portal FAQs
Can I view my past donations in the Donor Portal?
The Donor Portal is for people who have registered to donate stem cells, bone marrow, or cells for medical research.
If you have already donated any of the above and would like to find more out about your past donation, please email donor@anthonyolan.org
If you have made a financial donation and like to know more about your previous donations, please contact our Supporter Care Team at support@anthonynolan.org.
I accidentally deleted my portal, what do I do now?
If you have deleted your portal don’t worry! You can register for the Donor Portal again by clicking here ‘Sign up or Sign in’ and following the steps to register.
Is my data secure in the Donor Portal?
Yes, your data is secure in the Donor Portal. To find out how we protect your data please read our Privacy Policy.
I have changed my email address; how do I log into the Donor Portal?
If you have changed email address since joining our register, you can still create a Donor Portal account with your new email address as long as you are able to provide your Donor ID, first name and date of birth. Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to update the email address we use to communicate with you.
I think you hold the incorrect date of birth for me.
Please contact the Register Support Team by sending an email to Register.Support@anthonynolan.org, or by calling 020 7424 6567 and confirm your Donor ID, full name and address and we will update our records with your correct date of birth.
I am trying to update my details on the Donor Portal but it's not saving anything.
Make sure you have completed every field on the form including the ‘Alternative contact’ section. Telephone numbers should be 11 digits long and must be a UK phone number.
If you are experiencing issues after completing your address manually, please try completing your address using our address finder via the ‘Search for an address’ box.
