I have changed my email address; how do I log into the Donor Portal?
If you have changed email address since joining our register, you can still create a Donor Portal account with your new email address as long as you are able to provide your Donor ID, first name and date of birth. Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to update the email address we use to communicate with you.
I think you hold the incorrect date of birth for me.
Please contact the Register Support Team by sending an email to Register.Support@anthonynolan.org, or by calling 020 7424 6567 and confirm your Donor ID, full name and address and we will update our records with your correct date of birth.
I am trying to update my details on the Donor Portal but it's not saving anything.
Make sure you have completed every field on the form including the ‘Alternative contact’ section. Telephone numbers should be 11 digits long and must be a UK phone number.
If you are experiencing issues after completing your address manually, please try completing your address using our address finder via the ‘Search for an address’ box.
I have tried to log in to the Donor Portal and reset my password, but the system says there is no account with my email address.
As the Portal was only released recently, you won’t have signed up before and therefore won’t have an existing account with us yet. Please click the ‘Don’t have an account? Sign up now’ link and create a new account from scratch using your email address.
Who was Anthony Nolan?
Anthony Nolan was a young boy born in 1971. He had a rare blood disorder called Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, and his only cure was a bone marrow transplant. None of his family were a match, so his mother, Shirley Nolan, established The Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Register in 1974, which was the first of its kind, in an effort to find a donor for him.
