I'm getting an error on sign up or login when I click on the 'Verify Code' button
If you are auto-filling the one-time code on your mobile from a SMS, you do not need to click on the Verify Code button. Please allow time for the system to log you in automatically.
Can I Gift Aid my donation if I sell lots of raffle goods?
You can't Gift Aid money raised from a raffle. This is because these are not considered "freewill" donations where the donor receives nothing in return. Gift Aid is only applicable to individual donations where the donor receives no benefit in return for their contribution.
I have sickle cell, can I join?
If you have Sickle Cell Disease, you are not eligible to join the Anthony Nolan register. This is due to the risks associated with the condition during the donation process.
If you have Sickle Cell Trait you are able to join the register by donating via bone marrow donation only.

I have arthritis, can I join?
If you have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis you will not be eligible to join the register due to the autoimmune nature of the condition.
You may be able to join the register if you have Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis or Osteoarthirtis, please contact Register.Support@anthonynolan.org to discuss this further.
I have Lupus, can I join?
If you have been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus or Systemic Lupus Erythematosis you will not be able to join the register due to the autoimmune nature of the condition.
If you have the presence of Lupus Anticoagulant this may be acceptable, please contact the Register Support team to discuss this further by emailing Register.Support@anthonynolan.org

Can I view my past donations in the Donor Portal?
The Donor Portal is for people who have registered to donate stem cells, bone marrow, or cells for medical research.

I accidentally deleted my portal, what do I do now?
If you have deleted your portal don’t worry! You can register for the Donor Portal again by clicking here ‘Sign up or Sign in’ and following the steps to register.
