Please make sure you write your initials, date of birth and Confirmation Code on the wallet before swabbing.

Please then take the pack you’ve been given back to any Anthony Nolan volunteer at the event and show them this completion screen. Make sure you don’t leave the event before you’ve done your swabs as we won’t be able to add you to the register without them!
You will receive an email confirmation that you have successfully registered. Please check your junk folder if you haven't received anything.
