You could give someone like Maison another chance to live
Two-year-old Maison from Reading has just been diagnosed with Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, a blood disorder that stops the immune system from working properly. He’s spent most of his young life at Great Ormond Street Hospital, and now he urgently needs a stem cell transplant to save his life – but currently there’s no match for him in the world.
Maison’s family are appealing for people to sign up to the stem cell register, especially those who share his Greek and Albanian heritage.
