One lucky person is guaranteed to win a spectacular home in the ‘Golden Triangle’ of Cheshire worth £4 million—along with £250,000 in cash—as part of a new prize draw raising funds for Anthony Nolan.
The winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Cheshire, will get the keys to a luxurious four-bedroom property that features panoramic views across the Cheshire Plain and sits within the prestigious Alderley Edge Conservation Area.
The stunning Alderley Edge home is set in the heart of one of the UK’s most exclusive and desirable residential areas—the ‘Golden Triangle’—which also encompasses the affluent villages of Wilmslow and Prestbury.
Famed for its privacy, natural beauty and high-end village lifestyle, Alderley Edge is a long-time favourite among Premier League footballers and celebrities. If the winner decides to keep the property, the £250,000 would enable them to run the house for many years. The house also comes with £165,000 worth of furnishings, ready for the winner to enjoy the day they get the keys.
If the winner decides to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of between £18,000 to £20,000 per month.
The striking home combines bold modern architecture with elegant natural finishes—featuring dramatic cantilevers, walls of glass and recessed balconies—offering more than 6,300 sq ft of light-filled living space across three floors.

Anthony Nolan is a pioneering stem cell charity that matches donors with blood cancer and blood disorder patients in need of lifesaving transplants—they also carry out world-leading research into stem cell treatments.
The money raised by the Omaze community will help fund the Anthony Nolan Stem Cell Collection Centre in Nottingham, getting lifesaving stem cells to those who need them faster.
