"I got involved with the charity Anthony Nolan because they once helped a friend of mine. She told me about them and I’ve been telling everyone about them ever since."
BAFTA-winning actor Olivia Colman presented a Radio 4 appeal for us, which aired on the 18 and 22 May.
We used this fantastic opportunity to tell everyone about our four decades of lifesaving in our anniversary year, and to appeal for funds which allow us to recruit more potential cancer-curers to our donor register.
Though the appeal is over, we always need more crucial funding to help us recruit more donors to our register and cure more blood cancers.
If you’ve got any spare change, please support our lifesaving work.
