Anthony Nolan has today published its Gender Pay Gap Report 2017/18.
- The mean gender pay gap for Anthony Nolan is 9.3%.
- The median gender pay gap for Anthony Nolan is 11.9%.
We’re committed to driving down our Gender Pay Gap and continue to look at ways in which we decrease the gap further. Our programme which includes progression, flexible working and career development, are just a few examples of how Anthony Nolan has decreased the gap from the previous year.
Henny Braund, Chief Executive, said:
