And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Support Insight Manager to play a pivotal role in our newly formed Supporter Relationship Management function.
The role will require you to provide detailed analysis of our audiences and measure the effectiveness of our supporter engagement activities. This will ensure that supporters receive the best mix of communications that optimise their level of engagement.
You will have significant experience of applying statistical and analytical modelling using packages such as Altreyx, SPSS or FastStats on large datasets. You will also have demonstrable experience of Supporter (or Customer) Relationship Management as well as experience in econometric forecasting
