The Scottish Highlands are enchanting. You’ll be overwhelmed by the remoteness and unspoilt environment as you leave the lowlands.
Ben Nevis (Gaelic for ‘Mountain of Heaven’) is the highest point in the British Isles, at 4,000 feet. You’ll set up base in Fort William, the nearest town, on the southern edge of the Great Glen. The challenge will take you into the heart of the breathtaking Nevis Range. The views from the top are spectacular and well worth the climb.
