Anthony Nolan Christmas Carols

B Positive Choir singing at the Anthony Nolan Christmas Carols

The Anthony Nolan Christmas Carol Concert 2023 was a fantastic night of festive fun.

Huge thanks to our amazing line-up of celebrities and special guests who joined us on the 7th December and made everything go with a swing: award-winning actors Tamsin Greig and Tom Austen, mezzo-soprano star Laura Wright, organist Will Briant, former patient Finn the Fabulous, and the brilliant B Positive Choir.

And a huge thanks to everyone who bought tickets, who came along either in person or by tuning in online, who invited friends and family to come along too. The money we raised really will change lives. Every ticket sold supports patients with blood cancer and blood disorders, and helps give them a second chance of life – or even a third, as was the case with Finn.

We hope to see you at Christmas Carols next year.

Finn the Fabulous and his parents, Jo and Paul

In 2019, after three years of unexplained illness, Finn Hill was diagnosed with CNS isolated HLH syndrome and had a stem cell transplant. Sadly it wasn’t successful, and three years later he underwent a second transplant. Finn displays his sunny smile, quick humour, and resilience at every turn – hence his very apt nickname, ‘Finn the Fabulous’. We were delighted to welcome Finn, Jo and Paul and hear their very special story at carols.
