Some of those lovely kids I cooked for attend a school called The Petchey Academy. So I decided to pop in with my friend Katie from Register and Be a Life Saver, to see if we could find some more recruits. When her friend Adrian passed away from Leukaemia she made it her mission to educate kids about blood stem cell donation – exploding some of those ludicrous myths that have grown up around it.
