Marketing & Communications
Dealing with marketing, brand and communications, their chief role is to inspire people to get involved with the charity.
Human Resources
Our Human Resources team looks after all matters concerning staff recruitment, staff training, administration of benefits, policy development and performance management.
Research Department
The Research Institute has one main function: improving the successful outcome of bone marrow transplants.
Laboratories Department
They’re responsible for detailed blood analysis from initial donor testing to looking at samples on a molecular level. This is to make sure it’s suitable for transplantation and only then can it be put on the register.
