PAY REVIEW
Salaries are reviewed annually, and increases take effect on 1st October.

REVIEW OF PERFORMANCE
Undertaken once a year with your line manager.

PENSION
You can join Anthony Nolan’s Pension scheme at any time. For any personal contributions made, Anthony Nolan will pay the employer’s NI contribution for that sum into your plan.

In October or April following completion of 5 years’ service, Anthony Nolan offers staff up to 4% (6% for Grade G and above) matched contribution to the group personal pension scheme.

HEALTHCARE
Private Health Insurance is available to all staff at discounted rates and would be paid through your monthly salary.

Under certain circumstances, this would pay hospital and medical treatment costs, and covers worldwide travel.

This is paid by Anthony Nolan for those on grade G and above.

LIFE ASSURANCE
All permanent members of staff are covered by a Life Assurance scheme.

Should a member of staff die whilst serving Anthony Nolan, elected nominees could receive an amount of 4 times their salary.

TRAINING
On completion of your probationary period, financial assistance will be considered for a course of study relevant to your work at Anthony Nolan.

Childcare voucher scheme available through salary sacrifice and benefit from a reduction in NI contributions and tax.

CYCLESCHEME
Order a bike to use for travelling to and from work through the Cyclescheme intiative and save on Tax and NI contributions.

Available to all staff, the EAP scheme is designed to give confidential advisory and counselling services on matter such as legal, work or family problems.
